Congratulations to our Auxiliary Team on having a very successful District Auxiliary MPA! All of our performing ensembles and soloists earned Superior ratings and qualified for State! State Auxiliary MPA will be held on Thursday, March 23rd at Palmetto Ridge High School. Students who wish to perform their solo at State MPA must complete the attached agreement form and return it to Mrs. Robinson by Tuesday, February 28th.
Our Mid-Year Band Concert was a huge success. Thank you to all who came to support our students! This week all concert bands will have their District Concert Band MPA at Gulf Coast High School in the auditorium. Admission is free and all are welcome to attend. Wind Symphony will perform at 6:00pm on Thursday March 2nd. Symphonic Winds will perform at 7:45pm on Thursday, March 2nd. Wind Ensemble will perform at 7:30pm on Friday, March 3rd.
There are no indoor guard practices after school this week. We will resume practices next week on Tuesday, March 7th.
Good luck to our Dance Team as they prepare for the Bravo Dance Competition on Sunday, March 5th. The competition will be held at Lehigh Senior High School. All performing students will meet at Lehigh Sr. High School at 1:15pm.

Make-up Assignments: All missed rehearsals and performances will require a make-up assignment. Instructions on how to request a make-up assignment are posted on Canvas.
This Week’s After School Concert Band Rehearsals (Mon. 2/27, Tues. 2/28, & Wed. 3/1): Times were changed last week for this week’s after school concert band rehearsals. This is to provide the students extra time to practice for sight-reading. Wind Symphony will rehearse on Monday, 2/27 from 2:15-3:30pm. Wind Ensemble will rehearse on Tues. 2/28 from 2:15-4:00pm. Symphonic Winds will rehearse on Wednesday, 3/1 from 2:15-3:30pm.
District Concert Band MPA (Thurs. 3/2 and Fri. 3/3): Concert Band MPA will be held at Gulf Coast High School. All bands will travel to and from Gulf Coast via school bus. Alternate travel forms are due by Monday, February 27th. Wind Symphony and Symphonic Winds will perform on Thursday, March 2nd. Call time will be 4:00pm. Approximate return to PRHS is 9:00pm. Wind Ensemble will perform on Friday, March 3rd. Call time will be 5:00pm. Approximate return to PRHS is 8:30pm. All students must have their concert band attire to perform at District Concert Band MPA. Students who missed the Mid-Year Band Concert must complete the alternate assignment posted in Canvas.
