Pretty easy week coming up. On Tuesday, there are several items that are due: Solo & Ensemble Band Entry Forms, Auxiliary Solo Entry Forms, and Disney Trip Hoodie Orders. Dance has another camp this Friday.
This Week’s Schedule:
Solo & Ensemble and Auxiliary Solo Entry Forms (Due Tues. 11/12): All students who are interested in participating in this year’s District Solo & Ensemble MPA and/or District Auxiliary MPA must turn in an entry form by next Tuesday, November 12. All entry forms can be found on the band website: https://www.prhsbands.org/2019-2020-info.html
Indoor Auxiliary Contracts (Past Due): Please turn in your indoor auxiliary contracts at your earliest convenience.
Auxiliary Orders (Due Tues. 11/19): On Tuesday, Mrs. Robinson will have order forms for any auxiliary students who need to purchase additional tights, shoes, pirouettes, earrings, or gloves. These are all items that are not included in with the indoor auxiliary fee. These orders and payments will be due by Tuesday, November 19th.
Dance Camp (Fri. 11/15): The Dance Team will have another camp this Friday from 4:00-8:00pm in the band room. Please have your proper attire and water ready for practice!
Disney Trip Hoodie Orders (Due Tues. 11/12): Students and parents, you have about one more week to turn in your orders for the Disney Band Trip Hoodies. Order forms can be found at this link: https://www.prhsbands.org/uploads/1/0/7/8/107847845/disney_trip_hoodie_order_form.pdf
Disney Band Trip Forms (Due Thurs. 11/21): Please be sure to turn in all of your required form by Thursday, November 21st.
Band Picture Orders: Please note that all orders for band pictures go directly to the photographer. Mrs. Robinson is not collecting band picture orders or payments. All County Honor Band Auditions (Tues. 11/9): Palmetto Ridge Bands is hosting this year’s All County Honor Band Auditions. We will need parent and student volunteers to help monitor the rooms. All Wind Ensemble students who are not auditioning are required to volunteer for at least 2 hours. All other interested students should see Mrs. Robinson to volunteer. Student volunteers will be needed from 2:00-9:00pm.
Concert Band Attire: All band students are reminded that they will need their Concert Band Uniforms ready by Winterfest. Please order your uniforms now so that you have time to alter them when they come in. Instructions have been sent via email.
