State Jazz and Solo & Ensemble MPA (Wed. 3/20): Our Jazz Band 1 and select S&E students are traveling to the Dreyfoos School for the Arts on Wednesday, March 20th for State Jazz MPA and State Solo & Ensemble MPA. Due to the location and date of the event, the district cannot provide us with school bus transportation, and we had to book a charter bus. The charter bus is very expensive, and we must ask all attending students to pay $20 to help cover the cost of the bus. We apologize for the inconvenience. The $20 bus fee is due by Tuesday, March 19th. Call time for students will be 6:00am. The approximate return to PRHS is 6:30pm. Drumline & Auxiliary Performance at the CC Fair (Fri. 3/22): Our Drumline and Auxiliary have been invited to perform at the Collier County Fair on Friday, March 22nd. This performance is voluntary, but we hope that all will plan to participate. Students will have to provide their own transportation to the event and will receive free admission. Students who signed up will meet Mrs. Robinson at the gate at 6:45pm. Percussion students will wear this year’s drumline jersey or their black band t-shirt with neutral-colored bottoms and gym shoes. Auxiliary students will wear this year’s indoor auxiliary t-shirt with neutral-colored bottoms and gym shoes. Auxiliary students will need their poms. The performance will start at 7:00pm and end around 7:45pm. RaiseRight Fundraiser: Our Band Boosters have started their RaiseRight Gift Card Fundraiser.
