CCPS Honor Band Details
Tuesday, November 19th - Auditions
Auditions will be held at Aubrey Rogers High School. Please arrive early to your audition time so that you have enough time to check-in, find your audition room, and warm-up.
Tuesday, January 7th - Evening Rehearsal
Rehearsal will be from 5:00-7:00pm at Aubrey Rogers High School. All students must provide their own transportation to and from ARHS.
Thursday, January 16th - Evening Rehearsal
Rehearsal will be from 4:00-7:00pm at Aubrey Rogers High School. All students must provide their own transportation to and from ARHS.
Friday, January 17th - All Day Rehearsal
Rehearsal will be from 9:00am-5:00pm. All students must provide their own transportation to and from Aubrey Rogers High School. Lunch will be provided for all participating students. Students may choose to bring their own packed lunch if the provided lunch does not suit their dietary needs.
Saturday, January 18th - Morning Rehearsal and Performance
Rehearsal runs from 10:00-11:30am. The band clinician may decide to shorten this rehearsal depending on how much is accomplished on Thursday and Friday. Once students are released from the morning rehearsal, they are free to leave campus to eat lunch. All students will need to return to Aubrey Rogers High School at 2:15pm dressed in their concert attire. The concert starts at 3:00pm, doors will open at 2:15pm.
2025 Honor Band Concert Attire
Concert attire is the required concert attire from each band program. Students will wear what their band director requires them to wear at Concert Band MPA. If you have any questions, please ask your band director.
