Awards Available: 1 Award Deadline: May 4, 2025 What is the Daileen Alfonso Scholarship?The Palmetto Ridge Band Boosters started the Daileen Alfonso Scholarship in 2013 in honor of Daileen Alfonso, a former member of the Marching Pride. This scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior in the Palmetto Ridge Marching Pride. In addition to the scholarship, recipients will receive a personalized award at the Band Banquet, and their name will be engraved onto the Daileen Alfonso Scholarship Plaque that's displayed in the Band Room.
Who is eligible?This scholarship is open to any graduating member of the Palmetto Ridge Marching Pride. The student must be attending a regionally accredited community college, college, or university in the school term to begin in the Fall 2025. |
Julie Ann Johnson Scholarship Award

Awards Available: 1 Award Deadline: May 4, 2025 What is the Julie Ann Johnson Scholarship?The Palmetto Ridge Band Boosters started the Julie Ann Johnson Scholarship in 2022 in honor of Julie Ann Johnson, a former band parent volunteer of the Marching Pride. This scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior in the Palmetto Ridge Marching Pride. In addition to the scholarship, recipients will receive a personalized award at the Band Banquet, and their name will be engraved onto the Julie Ann Johnson Scholarship Plaque that's displayed in the Band Room.

Complete the following requirements by Sunday, May 4, 2025. All additional items should be turned in to Mrs. Robinson.

- An original essay of at least 300 words on "What have you given to the Marching Pride and what has the Marching Pride given to you in the past 4 years? How have you exemplified the spirit of the Marching Pride through Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Excellence ? What experiences have meant the most to you in the past 4 years?"
