What if I have one band student who is returning and another band student who is new? Families who have both returning band members and new band members should attend either one of the band meetings as a family. If you have one student who is in auxiliary and another who is in band, you will have to attend both meetings as the information for auxiliary and band is slightly different.
What if I can't make the Kick-Off Meeting? Student and parents will have to stay after the first rehearsal day of band camp for a make-up meeting. At this make-up meeting we will go over band camp and marching band season information. All required forms will be turned in at this make-up meeting. Band students will receive their marching band shirts and shorts and auxiliary students will receive their band shirts. Students will also have the opportunity to order shoes and home game meals. This meeting will start at 4:45pm on Monday, July 24th.
What if I can't make the Make-Up Kick-Off Meeting? You will be responsible for reviewing the information on your own and Mrs. Robinson will distribute your students shirts and shorts at a later date.
