Tuesday, November 27th– Auditions – 2:00-9:30pm (PRHS) Monday, January 15th– Rehearsal – 6:00-8:30pm (GCHS) Thursday, January 24th– Rehearsal – 6:00-9:00pm (GCHS) Friday, January 25th– Rehearsal – 9:00am-4:00pm (GCHS) Saturday, January 26th– Rehearsal – 9:00am – 11:30am (GCHS) Saturday, January 26th– Concert – Call 2:15pm; Performance 3:00pm (GCHS)
All band members must attend ALL rehearsals and the concert. There are no excused absences.
Please practice your music and have it prepared before the first rehearsal on Monday, January 15th.

Friday, January 24th All students must provide their own transportation to and from Gulf Coast High School. Once you arrive at GCHS, park outside the band room door (left side of the school next to the bus loop) and go in through the band hallway doors. Rehearsal is from 9:00am-4:00pm. Lunch will be provided for all participating students. The provided lunch will consist of pizza. Students may choose to bring their own packed lunch if the provided lunch does not suit their dietary needs.
Saturday, January 25th Rehearsal runs from 9:00-11:30am. The band clinician may decide to shorten this rehearsal depending on how much is accomplished on Thursday and Friday. Once students are released from the morning rehearsal, they are free to leave campus to eat lunch. All students will need to return to Gulf Coast High School at 2:15pm dressed in their concert attire. The concert starts at 3:00pm, doors will open at 2:15pm.
2018 Honor Band Concert Attire The Honor Band concert attire is the required concert attire from each band program. Students will wear what their band director requires them to wear at Concert Band MPA. If you have any questions, please ask your band director.
